Randall K. “Randy” Hutchins Sr., age 55 of Ripley, died unexpectedly, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at his home.  He was born February 15, 1958 in Kenton.   His mother, Nancy Lee (Ballinger) Meister survives in Byhalia and his father, Keith Martin (Gennie) Hutchins survives in Crandall, Georgia.
