Also surviving is one son Chad (Christy) Schmidt of Westerville and his son Griffin Schmidt. One brother; Danny Schmidt of Michigan.
Mr. Schmidt was a receiving supervisor at Van Zyverden Inc. a Flower Bulb Company. Graduated from Elgin High School in 1973. Former Employee of Purex in Marion.

Also surviving are two sons, Danny Ray Schmidt, Monroe, Mich., and Douglas Eugene Schmidt, Marion; a brother, Charles Richard Schmidt, Marion; and two grandchildren. A brother, Lowell Schmidt, is deceased.

| V. Jane Schmidt Schmidt, age 82, of LaRue, died Sunday, June 4, 2006, at 5 a.m. at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky.
She was born June 10, 1923, in Marion County, to the late John and Irma (Button) Hickman.
On Oct. 18,1942, she married Lowell M. Schmidt and he died Aug. 26,1987.
She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl L. (Erik) Johnson of LaRue; and grandchildren Jason M. (Tiffany) Johnson of Marion and Amber L. Johnson of New Bloomington.

| Martha Carol Sheets was a dedicated member of the Fulton Creek Friends Church, she would use her sewing talents to help with the Christmas shoe box program at the church. Carol was a survivor and a very hard worker. She loved her plants and flowers and was known to be a very good cook. Her sour cream enchiladas and cheesecake were favorites.
