Hospital. He was born July 19, 1942 in Lawrence County, Kentucky to the late Wayne and Flora (Baldwin) Wooten. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Spaulding. On June 18, 1966 he married the former Betty Lou Lester in Marion County and she survives in Prospect. rest in guns. He operated a gun shop in New Bloomington and was a member of the NRA. Member of DAV in Kenton, VFW of Kenton also the Moose Lodge in Marion.  He was affectionately known as the Wheelchair Man.
