LARUE — Chester W. "Hap" Kerr, LaRue, died Monday morning December 13, 1993 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was 83. Born Feb. 26, 1910, in Marion County, he was the son of the late C.J. and Cecelia Ellen (Monette) Kerr. He had worked in the LaRue area doing various jobs over the years.
