Kensil Hayes Kensil Hayes, age 88 of Prospect was called home to be with his Lord on March 5, 2016, he passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Marion General Hospital.
He was born on January 25, 1928 in Robertsburg, WV to the late Chancy and Nellie May (Hughes) Hayes. He was also preceded in death by a son: Robert and siblings: Milford and Gilmer Hayes, Ina Wandling, Wavie Chapman, Mildred Sayre, Elva Street and Valma Harbolt.

Jerry “Bayhopper” Hayes Jerry “Bayhopper” Hayes, 66, of Prospect, died peacefully early December 20, 2019 at his home.
He was born December 27, 1952 in Marion to the late Kensil and Carolyn (Barnett) Hayes, he was also preceded in death by a brother: Robert Hayes
Bay was a graduate of the Elgin High School as well as The Ohio State University. A true salesman at heart, Bay had worked for RDP Foods and later selling logo wear to many athletic teams in the area.

R. Carolyn Hayes o the late Orville R. and Freda E. (Williams) Barnett. She was also preceded in death by a son, Robert; a sister, Maxine and four brothers, Ray, Harold, Bill and Dick.
On December 2, 1946 she married the love of her life, Kensil Hayes in Dunbar, West Virginia and he survives in Prospect.

Robert E. "Bob" Hayes Hayes, 58, of Marion passed away Monday, Aug. 28, 2006 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus where he was being treated for injuries sustained in a fall.
He was born Sept. 4, 1947 in Charleston, WV. He was the son of Kensil and Carolyn (Barnett) Hayes of Prospect.
