Harley V. “Bing” Howard
ome, went home to the Lord on Friday, February 28, 2014.  He was born December 20, 1934 in Rix Mills, Ohio to the late Harry V. and Esther (Cooper) Howard, and grew up in Chandlersville.  “Bing,” as he was known to his friends, was a twelve-year veteran of the Naval Reserve, enlisting when he was 17.  He worked for his father’s construction company for many years before joining the Ohio Ferro Alloy plant, where he worked for 20 years.   more...

Dr. Otto L. Howell, Jr.
Otto was an outdoors man. He loved to garden, golf, boat, fish and farm. He raised the steer that his son Cory won Grand Champion with at the 1983 Richwood Fair. For 12 years he went to Wyoming deer hunting with his sons and friends. He also loved to fish on Lake Erie every chance he got and Rice Lake in Canada.
