Roy Willard "Willie" Fox, 66, of Richwood died Sunday, Aug. 21,1994, at Marion General Hospital after having been in fairing health for 12 years. He was a retired farmer and a member of Fulton Creek Friends Church. He was born Dec. 19,1927, in Prospect to the late Orlando W. and Delia Mae Beard Fox.
