She was married to Ralph L. Hall and Alton M. Foley and they are both deceased.
She is survived by one daughter, Betty J. (William) R Garrison of Lancaster; special friends, Judy, Barb, Goldie and Rosie; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Ann Cochran, two brothers and five sisters.
