Dorothy Ileane Powell Bevis rothy and Jay spent their winters at Okeechobee, Florida for 14 years and also used their camper to travel for the Old Steam Thresher’s Reunion at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa for many years. They also took many bus tours with friends and relatives.

Joe Frederick Bevis Joe Frederick Bevis, 72, of Richwood died Thursday, May 19,1994, at Riverside
Methodist Hospital after a one-month illness.
He was a farmer and attended Fulton Creek Friends Church. He was a 50-year
member of the North Star Knights of Pythias Lodge in Essex.
He was born Sept. 25,1921, in Union County to the late Fred D. and Sylvia
Hoffman Bevis. He was predeceased by three brothers.

Joie Margaret Bevis are Center in Marion. She was born December 1, 1922 in Richwood to the late Zell and Ruth (Stickel) Borland.
On May 10, 1942 she married Joe Bevis in Greenup, KY and he died May 19, 1994.
She was a member of Fulton Creek Friends Church and the Ladies Missionary Group. A published poet, she enjoyed writing poetry and painting off and on her whole life. She loved to cook, especially for her nieces and nephews, and she loved her cats.

Billie Jean (Rose) Doss Marion to Melvin Rose and Cathy (Turner) Haycox, he survives in Kenton and she survives in Marion.
Billie was a crew member at Wendy’s in Marion and had attended the Elgin Schools. She was a good mom, daughter, sister and friend. Billie was a true family person.

Charles A. “Chuck” Bingley Elgin High School. He enjoyed hunting and riding his bicycle. Everyone in Prospect knew him for his long trips on that bike. He was a 30 year machinist with Wasserbeck Speed Shop in Prospect.
He will be missed by many close friends.
Surviving is his brother, Jeffrey D. Bingley of Prospect and nieces and nephews, Heath Bingley, Heather Bingley, Kevin Creamer and Devin Stone.
