He was born March 1, 1950 in Marion to the late Julius Ellsworth and Edith Frances (Ellinwood) Belt. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Terry Lockwood.

William F. Beltz, 71, of rural Prospect, died Thursday evening, Oct. 6,
2005, at his home surrounded by his loving family after a three-year
battle with cancer.
He worked in maintenance at Quaker Oats, Van Atta Supply, Prospect
Elementary School and the former Isaly Dairy. He was a member of the
Shiloh Community Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time
with his devoted family.

Richard D. Flavell II, 44, of Richwood died unexpectedly Tuesday, April 15, 1997, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was a belt repairman at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Marysville and had worked at the former Tecumseh plant in Marion and at the Marion Steel Company. He was an Army veteran and was a member of American Legion Post 584 in Marion.
