Dec 10, 1975-MARENGO — Graveside services for Jason Henry Nelson, infant son of John D. and Leona (Biggs) Nelson of
RR 3. Marengo, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Byhalia Cemetery. The Rev. Earl Sosand will officiate.
He died at 6:21 a.m. Wednesday in Morrow County Hospital in Mount Gilead shortly after birth.
Surviving besides the parents are the grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nelson and Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Pennington, all of Marengo.

Dale Dwight Hensel
Dale Dwight Hensel, 60, 465 S. Main St., died Monday morning Feb 13, 1989 at his residence.
A native of Hardin County, he was born May 3, 1928, a son of the late Marcus A. and Mabel Marie Thompson Hensel.
Retired from employment with Marion Correctional Institution, Mr. Hensel was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and a member of Marion Elks Lodge 32.
His wife, JoAnn Edington, whom he married May 3,1951, died in 1978.

Steven L. Hepperle s true passion was running the restaurant and socializing with his customers. Steve was also a huge sports fan, particularly rooting for his Denver Broncos and watching Nascar, where he enjoyed watching Jeff Gordon.
He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and customers.

Mrs. Herford was a home-maker and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

On Dec. 26,1925, she married John P. Daly, who died April 7, 1951. Her husband Daryl Herick, whom she married in 1960, died in 1977.
The homemaker was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, LaRue; St. Joseph Women's Guild; D.C.C.W., and had served as a chairperson for Catholic Charities. She was a former housekeeper for a priest serving the LaRue parish.

He was born August 16, 1961 in Marion to the late Charles and Aleeta (Shirk) Herr. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Charleta Runkle.
He is survived by a sister, Rubiana (Art) berridge, Marion; and several nieces and nephews.

John Walter “Jack” Hesse John Walter “Jack” Hesse, 86 of Marion, died Saturday evening December 3, 2022 at the Marion General Hospital.
He was born November 9, 1936 in Cincinnati to the late Walter and Helen (Iuen) Hesse.
Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from The Ohio State University in 1958. This all led to his lifelong love of teaching and farming.
