The LaRue native was bom Jan. 26, 1922, a son of W. Forest and Annora Paulson Britton.
Retired after 38 years of farming. Mr. Britton had also worked as a brick mason for 19 years, and was a member of National Woodcarvers, National Rifle Association, and Marion Bricklayers Local.
On Jan. 30, 1942, he married the former Clara Jane Trumbo who survives.

He retired after 34 years as terminal manager of Commercial Motor Freight

Ashley Laurel Brown, 11, of Richwood died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004, as
the result of an airplane crash in Mount Gilead.
She was a member of the Richwood First United Methodist Church where she
sang with the junior choir.
A fifth grader at North Union Elementary School, she was a cheerleader
who loved being a North Union Wildcat. She was a Girl Scout and enjoyed
living on a farm, reading and writing stories and, most of all, loved

He was born October 31, 1944 in Marion to the late John and Marjorie (Collins) Brown. He was also preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
