| James Orville Bayes James Orville Bayes, 72 of Richwood, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Memorial Hospital of Union County. He was born July 5, 1942 in Pike County to the late John Raymond and Thelma (Robinett) Bayes.
On September 7, 1959 he married the former Erika Michel in Bad Kissingen, Germany, and she survives in Richwood.

On September 26, 1964 she married Richard Biggs in Grove City, and he survives in Richwood.

She was born May 31, 1978 in Marion to Melvin Rose and Cathy (Turner) Haycox, he survives in Kenton and she survives in Marion.

having been in failing health for three years.
A graduate of Byhalia-York High School, he was a maintenance mechanic at
Eaton Corporation in Marion. He was a veteran ofthe U. S. Army and was member
of VFW Post 870 of Richwood and the Boilermakers Union.

| Charles A. “Chuck” Bingley o had a passion for cars and horsepower. He was a graduate of Elgin High School. He enjoyed hunting and riding his bicycle. Everyone in Prospect knew him for his long trips on that bike. He was a 30 year machinist with Wasserbeck Speed Shop in Prospect.
He will be missed by many close friends.
Surviving is his brother, Jeffrey D. Bingley of Prospect and nieces and nephews, Heath Bingley, Heather Bingley, Kevin Creamer and Devin Stone.
