Viola V. Hardin, 95, 1916 Marion-Hardin Road, died Tuesday November 7, 1995 at Green Acres Nursing Home in Kenton.
She was born in the same house in which she had lived all her life, on June 5, 1900, to the late Henry and Anna (Bowen) Butler. On July 4, 1916, she married Grover C. Hardin, and he died Jan. 12,1940.

Asheville, N.C., and he died August 20, 1974. She was also preceded in
death by a son, James Harriman; five brothers; and a sister.

He was born February 27, 1963 to Paul Eugene and the late Sally Ann (Toombs) Hempy-Rittenhouse who died June 3, 2012. He was also preceded in death by his Grandma Anna K. Toombs, Aunt Shirley Toombs, nephew Marcus Williams, Grandpa Charlie Hempy and Grandma Iva Hempy.
On June 27, 1986 he married the former Laurie Lynn Smart in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and she survives in Prospect.
