He was born March 13, 1959 in Fairmont, West Virginia, the son of the late Shirley Mae (Burnett) Shaffer and James Francy Earp. He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Wenning) Earp whom he married June 20, 1987; son Stephen Earp, Milford Center; brother Gregory (Ellen) Earp, Grove City; and niece Susan Earp as well as uncles, aunts, cousins and other extended family members.

In her younger years she loved going to street dances, which is where she met her husband, Leonard Eastman, whom she married on November 16, 1936 in Ridgeway. He died December 14, 1987. She was also preceded in death by an infant son and all of her five brothers and five sisters.
She is survived by a niece, Evelyn (Howard) Grose, Richwood and numerous other nieces and nephews.

| Donald “Don” Charles Ensign on of cars onto his son, Sam. Don’s automotive career began by detailing cars in high school and later working at Mills Chevrolet in Richwood as a car salesman. He then went to work at Honda of America Manufacturing in 1987 and retired in 2014, with the last three years being spent working in Mexico getting a new Honda manufacturing plant up and running.

Dorothy enjoyed sewing and spending time with family. She loved her cats and often could be seen sitting outside on her porch at her home in Richwood. She also enjoyed gardening.
