MARION — Robert Owen Watkins, age 82, of 511 Shady-side Circle, Marion, formerly of LaRue, died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2002, at 10:30 a.m. at Marion General Hospital.
He was born Aug. 4,1920, in Urbana to the late Samuel O. and Nellie (Williamson) Watkins.
On Aug. 9, 1941, he married Gladys M. Rosebrough and she survives.
