Wilbur Joseph Higgins, 85, Kiwanis Village, LaRue, died at 10:45 a.m. Friday March 7, 1986 in East Lawn Manor. Born in Peoria Sept. 26, 1900, he was a son of the late John and Marie Watrous Higgins.
