Howard Herbert Bailey, 79, of 281 Marsh St., LaRue, died at 11:50 p.m. Saturday Sept 8, 1973 in Hardin Memorial Hospital at Kenton. He had been ill since Aug. 20.
Owner and operator of the Bailey Hardware store in LaRue 58 years, he retired in 1968. He was a member of LaRue United Methodist Church and taught Sunday School 50 years.
Seig and Iva Wilcox Bailey were his parents. Mrs. Esther Marie Gerhart Bailey, his wife, died in 1970.

| James Dean Bailey James Dean Bailey, age 53 of Marion, formerly of Richwood, died Saturday, May 16, 2009 at his home. He was born March 28, 1956 in Huntington, West Virginia to Nathan and Ann (Blankenship) Bailey. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Shepard; his step-father, Dick Shepard; and a daughter, Daisy M. Hysell.
