He was born Aug.  30, 1891, in Richwood, the son of Harvey S. and Almeda Lloyd Tanner. Mr. Tanner first married the former Eva Jane Potts, and she died in 1952. He was born William Frederick on August 17, 1960 in Cook County, Illinois, he was then adopted & lived in Marysville where he loved to play pool and fish.
