Richard E. Blair Richard E. Blair, 80 of Prospect, died Sunday morning, October 18, 2015 at Marion General Hospital. He was born April 28, 1935 in Marion to the late Norbid O. and Elsie M. (Hutchinson) Blair.
On November 27, 1970 in Prospect he married the former Marian S. Jones and she survives in Prospect.

Babe R. Blankenship, 70, of Green Camp died Thursday, Jan. 8, 1998 at his home.
He retired in 1990 after 25 years with the Ohio Department of Transportation as an inspector. He, also with his wife, Ollie, owned and operated the White Swan Restaurant for 25 years.
