1994, at her residence after a 7-month illness.
She was a member of the Blue Star Mothers of America in Marysville and
TOPS.
She was bom Aug. 5,1910, in Marion County to the late Milford and Bertha
Kepler Gilbert. She married Marvin Edwin Phelps on March 13,1959, and he
died Jan. 10,1977. She was also preceded in death by two sisters and three

She was retired as a cook with the Richwood schools. She was a member of

Besides her parents, she is survived by her twin sister, Brynna Michele, siblings Bryant, Cheyenne and Corbin; maternal grandparents Dannie and Lisa Simpkins, Delaware; paternal grandparents Ron and Ann Phillips, Marysville, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Born June 27,1909, she was the daughter of the late David S. and Nellie V. (Waltz) Davis.
She married Herbert Phillips

She was born April 15, 1921 at home in York Township to the late Howard and Lelah Dale (Ralston) McMahan.
