RICHWOOD — Paul L. Pacha, 61, Kirby Road, was dead on arrival at Marion General Hospital after a car accident late Tuesday evening, January 25, 1995 in Marion County.
He was born Oct. 17, 1933, in Richwood, the son of Frank and Hazel (Wilson) Pacha. His mother, Hazel Graham survives in Richwood.
