| Sylvia E. Beeney Phelps
Sylvia E. Beeney Phelps, 93, of Richwood died Friday, Feb. 7, 2003, at
Milcrest Nursing Center.
She was retired as a cook with the Richwood schools. She was a member of
the Richwood Church of Christ and enjoyed gardening outside.
She was born Aug. 17, 1909, in Portland, Ind., to the late Wilbur and
Susie Chapman Evans and was predeceased by a brother, Dale Evans; and
three sisters, Laura Seelig, Stella Hendrickson and Virginia Snare. She
