| Daren Friend Daren Friend, 26 of LaRue, died unexpectedly Thursday evening October 26, 2023 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Hardin County.
He was born April 29, 1997 in Kenton to Clarence “Kippy” Friend and Samantha Byrd.
Daren was a 2016 graduate of the Elgin High School. He was employed at J-Lenco in LaRue. He loved to go fishing. He also enjoyed gaming. Daren loved his dog “Boss”.

| Donald Ray Friend Donald Ray Friend, 55 of LaRue, died unexpectedly Thursday June 16, 2022 at his home.
He was born November 10, 1966 in Marion to Clarence and Margaret (Strait) Friend Sr.
Ray was a dedicated employee of J-Lenco in LaRue. He was a very complex man, he was artistic, musically inclined, a perfectionist, jokester and someone who loved adventure.
Ray could fix anything he put his mind to, he was very talented with his hands and mind.
