Olen B. Penhorwood

Olen B. Penhorwood, 92, formerly of the Richwood area, died Saturday, March 4, 2006 in Wichita, KS.  He was born May 23, 1913 in Marysville, Ohio, one of eight children to John and L. Vesta (Powell) Penhorwood. He was a farmer and farmed his whole life until he retired in 1965.  He was married to Ruth Williams Penhorwood for 70 years.  He is survived by his wife Ruth, and son John (Jan), all of Wichita, and several grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be Friday, March 10 at 1:00 pm in the Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Pastor Joe Kirby officiating.  Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the Ballinger Funeral Home and burial in Radnor Cemetery.
