Keith Allen Stout, 59 of Richwood, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Memorial Hospital of Union County. He was born April 10, 1967 in Marion to the late Robert Lloyd and Donna M. (Adams) Stout. On July 17, 2008 he married the former Jamie Coil and she survives. He was a self-employed truck driver and had previously served as a police officer for the city of Sunbury. He was a member of East Liberty Lodge #247 F&AM and Sparrow Lodge #400 F&AM in Sunbury. He loved showing horses and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was a member of The Defenders Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his daughter, Dakota, and going camping. Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Dakota, Richwood; two brothers, Terry (Kathy Lewis) Stout, Mechanicsburg; Dennis (Denise) Stout, DeGraff; a sister, Karla (Darren) Wygle, Raymond; several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Keith’s life will be held at the Richwood VFW at a later date. Memorial gifts may be made to the family to help with unexpected expenses. When my uncle Keys was a police officer in Sunbury he had the mushroom oil please play a trick on me I forgot to turn my lights on one night leaving to work in Westerville I got pulled over in front of Kroger's. Anyway they looked up my name he was working night shift and he he told them to mess with me I didn't find this out till the next day cuz my dad dentist out told me
