Sharon Lynn ShrinerCrossSharon Lynn Shriner, 63 of Prospect, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from injuries sustained in a tragic traffic accident.

She was born September 16, 1962 in Williamson, West Virginia to the late Robert and Bessie (Moore) Davis. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Davis Jr., Chester Davis, Tony Keith Davis, and a sister, Darlene Cooper.

Sharon graduated from Williamson High School in 1980. Soon afterward, she married Eric Baker, and together they welcomed their daughter, Victoria. Their time together was tragically cut short by Eric's unexpected passing in 1995.

In 2004, Sharon married Curtis Shriner of Ashland, and together they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Sharon was a devoted and loving wife whose kindness, strength and faithfulness were evident in every part of her life. She showed her family what unconditional love looked like through her actions every single day.

Sharon had a remarkable gift for making a house feel like a home. Her creativity was reflected in every room of her own home, which she decorated with beauty, warmth, and thoughtful attention to detail. She poured her heart into every project she undertook, creating a welcoming place where family and friends always felt loved.

Sharon instilled virtue, purpose, and love into everything she touched. Her unwavering faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life and the bedrock of her family. She was always there when someone was in need, and her selfless spirit and servant's heart defined the way she lived each day.

To her daughter, Victoria, she was more than a mother; she was her best friend. They talked several times a day, every day. Her voice, guidance, and unwavering love were constants in Victoria's life. The emptiness left by her passing is impossible to measure and the lives of those she loved will never be the same.

Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment she spent with them, never thinking twice about making the trip from her home in Ohio to Kentucky to see them. She filled their lives with love and warmth, and created memories that will be cherished forever.

She is survived by her husband, Curt, Prospect; a daughter, Victoria (Eric) Perkins, Hardy, Kentucky; grandchildren, India, Aspen, Remi, and Linkin Perkins; three brothers, Jess (Patricia) Davis; Terry (Tammy) Davis; Jerome (Lisa) Davis, all of Williamson; a sister, Angie (Larry) Jewell, Williamson; three sisters-in-law, Betty Davis; Dora Davis; and Carolyn Davis, all of Williamson.
