Madison Virginia Andrews, 23, of West Mansfield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9:45 pm at Grant Medical Center in Columbus from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on May 16, 2026. She was surrounded by her loving family, friends, and the amazing nursing staff at Grant Medical Center.
She was born on November 4, 2002 in Columbus.
Maddie was a 2021 graduate of Marysville High School. She was also a graduate of Muskingum University, earning three bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, and Marketing in May 2024. She then graduated again in December 2024 with her master’s degree in Business Information Systems.
Maddie worked for OhioHealth at Marion General as Program Manager of Physician Contracts for the Northern Region. She also worked for Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton as an Administrative Assistant.
In addition to her many accomplishments and the countless lives she’s touched, Maddie had a deep love for animals. She especially adored cows, with Highland cows holding a special place in her heart. Her gentle and caring nature toward animals reflected the compassion and kindness she showed to everyone around her.
Maddie touched countless lives everywhere she went. Her beautiful smile, kind heart, strength, and loving spirit brought light to everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had a way of making people feel loved, welcomed, and important. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
Even in passing, Maddie continued helping others through the gift of organ and tissue donation, helping improve the lives of more than 60 people. Her selflessness and compassion reflected the way she lived every day, always putting others before herself and helping anyone she could.
She was a fighter through every challenge she faced and showed more courage and strength than words could ever describe. Maddie was deeply loved by her family, friends, and community. The impact she made on this world will never be forgotten.
Surviving is her mother, Bobbi Andrews of Marysville; her stepfather, Scott Robinson of Marysville; siblings, JR Andrews of Marysville, Blake (Forrest) Kaminski of West Mansfield, Blake and Maddie Robinson of Marysville, and Lorna (Shelby) Boyer of Marysville; and her grandparents, Mark and Connie Lusk of West Mansfield. She was a proud aunt to Remi, Emmy, and Iris Schnarre, along with an abundance of family and friends who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Andrews; and her brother, Michael Andrews II.
Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Cattle Barn at the Union County Fairgrounds, 845 North Main Street Marysville, Ohio 43040 on Wednesday June 3, 2026 from 2-7 pm. The family asks everyone that attends the funeral to wear red in honor of Maddie. Funeral services will be held at the Cattle Barn on Thursday June 4, 2026 at 11:00 am. Pastor Chad Davis will officiate. Burial will follow in the Broadway Cemetery.
Donations can be made at any Richwood Bank to Bobbi Andrews and in memo “Honor of Madison Andrews”.

Bobbi, there are no words from Megan and me to express how sad We are over your loss. BUT, We are praying very hard for you, Family, Friends, and Acquaintances. You and Alicia have been Friends for a very long Time, and going through this breaks my Heart. You’ve gone through so much this past year. May The Lord Jesus hold Maddie tightly up there with Him, and give you the Peace and Comfort that pass ALL Understanding. We love you, and We are praying for you.

Maddie,
I will always remember hauling you to and from school on the bus for 2 years. You were one of my favorite kiddos. I will also remember you telling me Happy Birthday because we shared the same birthday. Breanna and I visiting you when you were in the hospital.
