Rhonda Lynn Gillenwater, 56 of Richwood, died Saturday May 23, 2026 at her home. She was born August 19, 1969 in Ashland, Kentucky to Richard Gillenwater and Margaret (Gipson) Gillenwater. Rhonda had her bachelors degree and had worked in the professional setting. She was a loving daughter. Surviving is her father, Richard Gillenwater of Richwood, her aunt, Teri Gillenwater of Newport, Tennessee and her uncle, David (Clarabeth) McGinnis of Knoxville, Tennessee and many extended family. I called the sheriff to go check on you and your dad only to have the coroner call me to tell me this horrible news. I love you Rhonda and I'm truly going to miss my adventure/road trip cousin.
