Rebecca Ann “Becky” Matteson, 65 of Richwood, died Wednesday morning February 11, 2026 at the Memorial Hospital in Marysville. She was born July 27, 1960 in Zanesville to the late Charles and Pyretta Mary (Reid) Bohn. Becky had worked as an EMT/Paramedic for the former Stofcheck Ambulance Service and also the Northen Union County Fire and EMS. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching “cop shows” on TV. Becky was an animal lover at heart. On October 2, 1993 at the Richwood First Baptist Church she married Tim Matteson and he survives. Also surviving are their children, Valerie Matteson of Covington, Kentucky, Brian (Dionna) Matteson of Richwood, Aaron Matteson of Dublin and Jason (Monica) Tom of Mansfield. Step daughter, Christina Matteson of Springfield Grandchildren, Harlen and Adalie Matteson Brother, Stephen (Angela) Bohn of Hilliard and their son, Hayden Bohn. Services are pending at this time.
