Our hearts are broken for the Craig and Shawver families as well as anyone who was close enough to Melissa to enjoy her. She was all about family and friends and they were NOT to be messed with! She'll be sorely missed....

My deepest condolences to the Craig and Shawver Family. So very sorry for your loss! Linda and Charlie were lifelong friends to my parents. I remember riding my bike into LaRue, and hanging with Melonie, Michelle, Melissa, and Nicki when we were kids. RIP Melissa 🙏🏽 Gone way too soon

I am absolutely heartbroken for the family!! She was not only my best friends mom but like family to me & mine. When I first met Alison & asked if she could stay the night that was the first time I was told Melissa was one of the people my mom first snuck out with & I thought it was so funny to see them as “trouble makers”!! Everyone that has met Melissa just knew she felt like home… so welcoming, so warm doesn’t matter if you met her one time or knew her for a lifetime she had that light about her. I’m going to miss bringing Kingsley over to visit you when we are in Ohio.. it was always one of my favorites .
Rest in heaven momma Shawver. You will forever be loved!! Miss you dearly!!
