Cindy J. ShusterTeacherCindy J. Shuster, 72 of Urbana, died Tuesday June 10, 2025 at the Springfield Regional Medical Center.

She was born August 12, 1952 in York Center to the late Ray D. and Genevieve (Young) Jackson.

Cindy was a former teacher at the Christian Assembly in Marysville. She had also been active with the Boy Scouts and with Native Heritage.

On September 23, 1989 at the Christian Assembly in Marysville, she married Steven M. Shuster and he survives. Also surviving are children, Berdina (Chris) Hepner of Bucyrus, Stephanie (Chad) Wilhelm of Milford Center, Heather Hendrickson of Marysville, Brittaney (Brad Goltz) Shuster of London, Christopher Andrew Pine of Marion, Ryan Shuster of West Mansfield and Ashton Shuster of Urbana
Ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren
Siblings, Dallas (Tammi) Jackson, Ina Rae Madia and Sherry Kay Nutt

Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 17, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Pastor Gene Miller will officate. Burial will follow in the Broadway Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home in Richwood.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Marysville Food Pantry at 3323 Ash St. Marysville, Ohio 43040 and/or the Hope Center at 123 Court St. Marysville, Ohio 43040

I met Cindy several years ago when she attended The Walk To Emmaus. My thoughts and prayers are with her family as they deal with their loss.
