Please accept my condolences for your loss of Marge.   I remember meeting her for the first time when I came home from the service at her store uptown in 1998. While I didn't know her, she knew I was Hilda's daughter and talked to me like we were old and fast friends. I felt so welcomed!  That's the way she was...made strangers feel like old friends.

I have so many fond memories of time spent with Margie at LaRue United Methodist Church as she shared her beautiful voice in the Chancel Choir and served in so many other ways at the church as well and in the community.  It was also a pleasure to get to know her children through their years spent in the Elgin district.  She will be missed by many.  We keep the family in our prayers and thoughts.  Bill and Betty Jo McElroy
