Many thought and prayers and condolences to Mrs. Holcomb's family. She was such a fantastic lady. I am forever grateful for her contributions to the students of North Union. Many, many students have been helped with the Burnside/Imbody/Fish Scholarship or a McElheny Academic Book Award, and her service on the NU school board. I always enjoyed our conversations. She always gave good advice and was full of wisdom. She made NU and Richwood a better place. She will be missed.

Mrs Holcomb was a great lady in every way. From allowing my parents to invade her home so Dr Holcomb could give me some critical care to her Health classes at North Union and beyond, I always appreciated her. May the Lord draw each of you in the family to Himself as she’s gone to be with Him. Blessings.
