John and Joy — So sorry to hear of Jean’s passing. I was just thinking about her the other day and wondered if she was still with us. I so vividly remember how much she enjoyed being a part of Primrose Ringers (when we could keep her awake). I never did figure out how she could nod off with all the noise around her. We had some fun times. She also remembered me from writing a story about the community center.  Rest her soul. She had a vibrant life of  serving others. Brenda Sickles Donegan

So sorry to hear of Jean’s passing. James and Jean were my 4-H advisors. Many lessons in completing what you start, working in a community and leadership were learned through 4-H. Lessons that would not been available to many area young people with out these two community leaders. We are all better people because of their examples.
