Lynn Eugene Sheets
Lynn Eugene SheetsNatureLynn Eugene Sheets, 80 of Richwood died Thursday, July 25 at Delaware Court Healthcare Center.

He was born December 29, 1943 in Delaware to the late Robert Gregory and Josephine Virginia (Moore) Sheets. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Martha Carol (Collins) Sheets whom he married February 3, 1979 and she died March 17, 2024; and two brothers, Richard L. and Willard R. Sheets.

Lynn was a huge fan of the Ohio State football games. He also loved the Cleveland Indians (Guardians)and the Cleveland Browns. Was dedicated to Fulton Creek Friends Church. He was a big fan of classic rock like the Eagles, Jim Croce and Chicago. He enjoyed photography and going to classic car shows.

He is survived by children, Rebecca Ann (Dale) Seibert of Lima; Michael Glenn Stofel of Delaware; Jason Kent (Amy O’Connell) Stofel of Westerville; Gregory (Karyn Marciniak) Sheets of Parma; and Joshua (Jamie Smetzer) Sheets of Wooster; six grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Judy Sheets, Augusta, Georgia; and his former wife Elizabeth “Betsy” Sheets of Wooster.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Fulton Creek Friends Church with Pastor Art Minnehan Jr. officiating. Friends may call starting at 3:00 PM until the time of service at the church. Private burial will take place in the Claibourne Cemetery.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Fulton Creek Friends Church, 10950 Fulton Creek Rd., Richwood, OH 43344
