Jodi Denise Carpenter-Wedding
Jodi Denise Carpenter-WeddingGardeningJodi Denise Carpenter-Wedding, 56 of Delaware, formerly of West Mansfield, died peacefully Thursday November 2, 2023 following a 15-year courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

She was born Easter Sunday March 26, 1967 in Kenton to Joseph and Meredythe (Shoup) Wedding, they reside in Dillon, Montana.

Jodi was a 1985 graduate of the North Union High School. She loved being at home and raising her children. Jodi loved fishing, hunting and being outdoors. She loved all of her pets. She especially loved being out in Montana with her brother Dean and family. Jodi loved gardening, flowers and working in the greenhouse.

Thank you to Willow Brook Christian Village in Delaware and Promedica Hospice for the loving care they provided.

Surviving along with her parents are her children, Levi (Erin Galloway) Carpenter of West Mansfield and Holli (Donovon) Cox of Richwood
Granddaughter, Madison Carpenter
Brother, Dean (Dlynda) Wedding of Dillon, Montana
Her former husband and father of their children, Dean Carpenter of West Mansfield
Numerous nieces and nephews and extended family

Services celebrating Jodi’s life will be held Tuesday November 7, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Pastor Joseph Rhea will officiate. Friends may call two hours prior to the service beginning at 4:00 pm at the funeral home in Richwood. Private burial will take place in the York Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Truly sorry to read of Jodi's passing.  When my mom was at Gables I'd see her.  Such an unfair life struggle.  At activities she was so determined to do it herself - especially bingo - Nearie couldn't keep up & offering to help Jodi was probably hilarious to watch us.
