I’m so so sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of Mike building my deck, helping anytime and anywhere. Remembering coaching baseball at Elgin and even playing the 2007 class in a game of baseball. My condolences go out to the family and Mike will be sadly missed.

I'm so very sorry to hear this. The days at Prospect Pool and Elgin and North Union kids just being great friends - Mike was part of that. I am saddened with this news. My condolences to the family.

I’ve known Mike for a majority of my life, and have many fond times and memories spent with Mike over the years. I know he will be deeply missed.

I had the privilege to have coached with Mike when I began my coaching career. After losing contact for numerous years we reconnected and began officiating basketball and baseball together. He was always a great mentor and person you could count on at the drop of the hat

This is just so sad. I well remember Mike and Katie spending time in Elgin's library. Mike liked to have a bit of fun, but he was never disrespectful to me or any of the student helpers. He was an awesome athlete, adding excitement to Friday night football and flare to the basketball games. I used to see him occasionally in the grocery with his young kids; he always spoke to me and seemed to be having fun being a dad. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Mike was always good to me! Poured concrete with him and he would always check up on me over thw years making sure I was doing the right thing he was always trying to keep a smile on my face! I'm so sorry for your loss love u my brother
