Phyllis Ann Bryan
Phyllis Ann BryanSewingPhyllis Ann Bryan, 73 of Plain City, died Thursday, February 2, 2023 at OSU Ross Heart Hospital.

She was born March 12, 1949 in Kenton to the late Paul and Darleen (Baldwin) McCrary. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Bryan Minter and Greg Minter, a brother, Ed McCrary, and her step-mother, Rose McCrary.

She had worked at Shaffers IGA in Prospect, worked as a temp at Honda, and also did some local cleaning. She enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking, and sewing. Phyllis loved hanging with family and friends, and her weekly dinner with her son, Brad.

She is survived by a son, Brad Minter, Richwood; three grandchildren, Tiffany Minter, Richwood, Chelsea Minter, Kenton; Corey Minter, Kenton; and two great-grandchildren, Isabelle Minter and Deklan Minter; her first husband, John Minter, Richwood; two brothers, John (Jennifer) McCrary, LaRue; Danny Hamilton, West Mansfield; a sister, Susie Kavanagh, Richwood; and close friends Nancy and Beth.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood. Pastor Dale Baker will officiate. Burial will follow in Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home in Richwood.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of Phyllis.   We were in the same mother's  club when we first became friends.   I remember her as a very sweet, soft spoken woman. I send my sincere condolences.
