Stoney Allan Dean Luikart
Stoney Allan Dean LuikartFallStoney A.D. Luikart, 47, of Sweetwater, Tennessee, formerly of LaRue, died Sunday, August 7, 2022.

He was born August 15, 1974 in Marion to the late Lloyd “Boggie” and Roberta “Bobbie” Luikart. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Clifford “Bo” Luikart and Rocky Luikart.

He was an employee of C.V.G. in Vonore, TN. Stoney loved his hobbies of race cars, dealing in coins and knives. Also, he greatly loved his cats.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Luikart, of Sweetwater, stepchildren, Sheila Mandra, of Chattanooga, TN; Jason Waugh, of Lenoir City, TN; Sherrie Waugh, of Athens, TN; 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; a sister, Tia Houston, of Sweetwater, TN; a brother, Bobby Luikart, of Nevada, OH; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins. He will be extremely missed by all who knew him and enjoyed his sense of humor.

In Tennessee, family will receive friends on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM with a celebration of life service to follow at 4:00 PM in Kyker’s Chapel.

Local celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, LaRue. Pallbearers will be Leonard Luikart, Troy Holcomb, Austin Holcomb,  Brandon Holcomb,  Clarence Friend, Steve Fisher, Jamey Page and Jesse Orr. Burial will follow in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call two hours prior to the service, beginning at 11:00 AM.
