I loved reading this history of Jack. He had a full and active life. Still, gone way too soon. My heart goes out to you and all your family, Ev.

Evelyn, it was an honor to have spent time with you and Jack. It is amazing what a wonderful group of people there are in motorcycle groups. We would not have met otherwise. Many prayers to you and your family.

Evlin, Doris and I were shocked and saddened to hear of Jacks sickness and passing. I remember his upbeat personality and how he kept everyone laughing. We had a great time while practicing in our 1966 ELGIN Rock band "The Barracudas" Jack, Greg Blank, and I played guitars, Paul Mcmann, and Ed Fox on the drums. I am sure we would have gone National if it hadn't been for that silly English band the Beatles.

Prayers to the Porter Family during this very difficult time. Jack was a wonderful teammate, a great listener, and someone who brightened the room (or the entire service department!) when he walked in. You will be missed Jack. Thank you for everything!
