Amber Nichole Pitts
Amber Nichole PittsMickey MouseAmber Nichole Pitts, 39 of LaRue, died Friday March 11, 2022 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near LaRue.

She was born in Mansfield on June 6, 1982 to Deborah (Terry McHugh) (McCartney) Pitts of LaRue and Thomas M. Pitts of Georgia, they both survive.

Amber was a homemaker who loved life. She had a creative spirit, and her artistic ability showed in her drawings and her crafts. She loved her flowers, being particularly fond of yellow and purple roses, as well as her animals, especially her cat Molly. Amber was a fan of all sorts of music; she loved Mickey Mouse, and was known to enjoy large amounts peanut butter (creamy Jif of course).

But most of all, Ambers family was the center of her life. She is survived by her son Derrik Brown (who was her whole world and her Rock), and his father Demorris Brown of LaRue. Also surviving is her son Anthony Petty of Gallipolis, brother Zachary (Jennifer) Pitts of Box Elder, South Dakota, Derrik's half-sisters, Denise Potts and Desire McEntire both of LaRue, nieces Loghan and Landyn Pitts, special friend Jan Gruber and Terry's daughter, Ashley McHugh.

Funeral Services celebrating Amber’s life will take place Monday March 21, 2022 at 12 noon at the LaRue Baptist Church, friends may call one hour prior to the service beginning at 11:00am at the church. Pastor Tim Pasma will officiate; burial will follow in the LaRue Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home at P.O. Box 333 LaRue OH 43332 to help the family with unexpected expenses.
