Evelyn Fern Oldham
Evelyn Fern OldhamCookEvelyn Fern Oldham, 91 formerly of Kenton, died early Friday morning March 4, 2022 at the VanCrest Nursing Home in Ada.

She was born February 6, 1931 in Marion County to the late Emerson and Mary E. (White) Owen, she wa also preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Oldham, they were married April 6, 1952 and he died December 13, 2002. Also predeceased by a brother, Ronald Owen and a son-in-law, David Dunson.

Evelyn was a 1950 graduate of the Meeker High School. She was a hardworking farmwife that cherished her loving family and was known as a very good cook and baker.

She was a member of the Missionary Alliance Church in Kenton and had belonged to the Hepburn Hobby Club. She also enjoyed the time spent helping with 4-H.

Surviving are her children: Linda Webb of Kent, Debra Dunson of Forest, Gary (Alicia) Oldham of Kenton and Kenneth Oldham of Forest.
10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 9, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in LaRue, Pastor Tom Hanks will officiate, burial will follow in the LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home in LaRue.
