Larry L. Dysert
Larry L. DysertTrap ShooterLarry L. Dysert, 79, of Richwood, died Thursday, January 12, 2022, at Walnut Crossing, Marysville.

He was born in Richwood at the old homeplace on July 28, 1942, to the late Gerald and Betty Shirk Dysert. Also preceded in death by his stepmother, Wilma Marsh Dysert.

Larry graduated from Byhalia-York High School in 1961.
He was married to Janet R. Blue Dysert on March 16, 1962.

After 38 years of employment, Larry retired from Whirlpool Corporation in 2004. He was a member of Rush Creek United Methodist Church. Family was most important to Larry and he loved attending activities that his grandchildren were involved in. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed shooting trap and sporting clays with his friends. Another favorite hobby included watching Ohio State football and basketball. Larry and Janet enjoyed taking many trips throughout the United States and especially enjoyed their 50th anniversary trip on a tour of Europe.

He is survived by his wife, Janet R. Blue Dysert; his children, Roger Dysert of LaRue, Jeff Dysert of Richwood, April (Kevin) Keiffer of Plain City; grandchildren, Alicia Dysert (Will Gregory}, Kayla Dysert, Colton Dysert (Breanna Hamm), Evan Keiffer, Jenna Keiffer, Owen Keiffer; and great granddaughter, Summer Lichty.

Memorial gifts may be made to R.E.A.P. Food Pantry, 235 Grove Street, Richwood, OH 43344

Funeral services will be held Monday January 17, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Pastor Carl Redding will officiate, burial will follow in the Price Cemetery. Friends may call two hours prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am at the funeral home in Richwood.

My love and prayers are with the whole family. My Larry shared many wonderful memories with Larry shooting. Those guys all had wonderful days shooting trap and sporting clays.
