Dennis Raymond “Denny” Ledley

Dennis Raymond “Denny” Ledley, 60 of Richwood, died unexpectedly Monday, September, 20, 2021 at his home. He was born November 22, 1960 in Kenton to the late John and Cora (Huntsman) Ledley. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeff A. Ledley earlier this summer. Denny was a hard worker, and worked as a contractor and roofer in the area for many years.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was always the life of the party and enjoyed visiting with friends and telling “tall tales.” He was an avid motorcycle rider, which is how he met his wife, Lora. He enjoyed listening to music, especially classic rock. He would do anything for anyone, especially his daughters. On April 1, 1989 he married the former Lora Huckaba and she survives. He is also survived by three daughters, Torrie (Freddie McFall) Ledley, Marysville; Jessee (Chris King) Ledley, Richwood; Malissa (Jeff Gonzales) Ledley, Cleveland; grandchildren, Austin Vance, Jeromy (Elizabeth) Ridenbaugh, Kendall Koch, Daniel, Matisyn, Ellie and Abbigail; a brother, Donald (Cynthia) Ledley, Fairview, Tennessee; two sisters, Penny Thomas, Marion; Leslie (Dennis) Klaiber, Richwood; and his beloved dogs, Sammy & Huck. Memorial services will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood where friends may call two hours prior to the service, beginning at 11:00 AM. Pastor David Hudson will officiate. Burial in Byhalia Cemetery will take place at a later date. Memorial gifts may be made to Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County, 131 N Main St Suite K, Marysville, OH 43040.
