Condolences to all of Marji’s family. I am so sorry for your loss. As youths we were next door neighbors to Marji’s family at the farm. We rode the same school bus and shared many good times together. Kay was my closest friend. Sadly out of touch in our adult life as distance separated us, but all remembered fondly and often. Rest In Peace, Marji.  ✝️

I am so sorry Sheldon and family!  Marji was an amazing lady!  I have great memories of being over when I was really young (maybe 5?) and spending time on the farm with Sheldon and the older boys.  Then later (or maybe a different day) being in the house in the entry way hall playing with toy tractors and Marji coming and telling me there were cookies in the kitchen.

Thanksgivings were always epic at the house too and always my favorite holiday/family event of the year.   Such great memories!

I’m so sad Marji had to leave us. I know we’ll all get to see her again in Heaven when it’s our turns but until then she will be missed. Unfortunately Cassie has COVID now and we’ve been exposed to it so we won’t be able to attend the services but the whole family is in our thoughts and prayers. Take care all. Heidi Manor

Aunt Marji will forever be in the hearts of all who knew her. Even as a young child I looked forward to her smiling face greeting us. She was a wonderful roll model to all of us. Our prayers go out to Uncle Sheldon and all of the family.

So sorry for your loss. So many great memories of aunt Marji! From thanksgivings to tours of the farm when I was young and then again when my boys were little. How much she valued her family was evident in everything she did. You will all be our prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Marji's family as they mourn the loss of this beautiful lady.  My first memories of the family go back to our Marion Catholic days (early 70's) and later many Elgin memories.  I was blessed to work with Nancy and having many of the grandchildren as elementary students and Jerry as Doug's football coach. He was always one of Jerry's favorites!  I have some beautiful memories, keep your beautiful memories close as they will give you comfort now and in the days to come. God bless you all!
