Basil E. “Butch” Hedrick Jr.Harley HeritageBasil E. “Butch” Hedrick Jr., 80 of Dublin, died Thursday May 27, 2021 at the Kobacker House in Columbus.

He was born March 12, 1941 in Columbus to the late Basil E. and Magdalene (Clark) Hedrick Sr., he was also preceded in death by a sister, Jacqueline Johnson and a stepdaughter, Christine Lynn Hensley.

Butch had worked for Pepsi-Cola in Columbus as a foreman for 32 years. He loved his motorcycles, he was a “Harley Guy”. Butch enjoyed visiting friends and family.

On May 20, 2000, he married Holly G. (Sonnenberg) and she survives, also surviving are his children: Mary (Brad) Maynard of Asheville and Brady C. Hedrick, brother: Allen Lee (Diane) Hedrick of London and brother-in-law: Bob Johnson of Somersville.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 1, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood, Rev. Steve Norden will officiate, burial will follow in the York Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service beginning at 10 am at the funeral home in Richwood.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Charity of the donor’s choice.

Dear Holly,
