Danny was a 1971 graduate of the North Union High School. He has owned and instructed at the Stewardship Driving School in Marysville and Plain City for many years.

He also served the Richwood Ministerial Assn as its President and Treasurer, Danny really enjoyed acting in the plays that the RMA had put on in the past.
Dan enjoyed writing and conducting puppetry productions in local events. He also had the unique ability to put Christian lyrics to secular music.

In his down time, he enjoyed reading and going to the movies.

On June 9, 1974 at the Claibourne UMC, he married Melisa (Oberdier) and she survives, also surviving are two sisters: Rose (Leo) Speicher and Pamela Webb both of Richwood. In-laws: John (Sue) Oberdier of Richwood and Karen Cramer of Riverside.
And many extended family on both sides and his loving church family.

I remember Dan would have a group of children flowing him. And would stop and ask if they knew there ABC's and  tell them he could says the ABC's backwards . He would say them and then say I will now say them backwards,  them turn around and say the ABC's.
Dan always had a joke or trick for the kids that would make them giggle.
