Pearl L. Millington
Pearl L. MillingtonGardeningPearl L. Millington, 89 of LaRue, died Thursday morning March 11, 2021.

She was born August 25, 1931 in Marion to the late Walter E. and Vida (Compston) Green. She was also preceded in death by her husband Zacchaeus O. Millington, they were married September 30, 1951 and he died August 24, 1993, she was also predeceased by two sons: Michael Mathew and Steve Millington and two brothers.

Pearl had worked in retail for many years. She had worked at Wal-Mart in Sedalia, Missouri and Albany, Georgia. She loved to travel, especially going to the beaches in the south with her loving family.
Pearl loved taking care of her flowers, it was a labor of love for her.

She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mom, and grandma.

Surviving are her children: Pamela (Roy) Massey of Lake Park, Georgia, Rebecca (Jim) Beamon of Panama City, Florida, Carmella (Robert) Coates of Panama City, Florida, Paula (Mike) Sprague of LaRue, Allen (Mary) Millington of Leesburg, Georgia, and Brian (Chom) Millington of Windsor, Missouri
Fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren
Two brothers: Walter E. Green Jr. of Marseilles and William (Sheila) Green of Bucyrus

Public graveside services will be held Monday, March 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Claibourne Cemetery with Dan Jeffers officiating. Private calling hours will be held.

Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorial gifts may be made to OhioHealth Hospice 1716 Marion-Mt. Gilead Rd. Suite 107, Marion, OH 43302.

Grammy, you will be missed so much by so many people.   I know you are going to a much better place.  Give Uncle Stevie a big hug from the Holmes crew.  Tell him Mikala is going to State for the 3rd time.  I love you Grammy and I will miss you tremendously.   Rest in love and peace.
