Where have the years gone? It just seems like yesterday we would be down at your house playing and your mom would be cooking baking or sewing. Your mom and dad were like a second set of parents. And I knew this because every  time I saw your mom because she still called me Danny. I would get in trouble at school for calling her Donna and not Mrs. Jones.
So money wonderful memories. I will cherish them. Linda, Denise and Annette, my deepest condolences to you you and your family.

With a heavy heart I send condolences to Linda, Denise and Annette. We shared many activities over the years from grade school, high school with the children as well as OES meetings and meals. When Donna and I were both alone we would meet occasionally for lunch and had plans to meet again when 'things settled down'. Donna presence will be missed, but her legacy will live on in the family she adored.

Linda, Denise, Annette, and families,
Your mother/grandmother was such a special lady, a lady in every sense of the word. . . . .beautiful, sweet, compassionate, classy, sincere, strong, . . . .I could go on.  She was a joy to work with at Elgin West.  Her welcoming smile made it easy for parents, co-workers, students, and staff to feel comfortable in the office, but at the same time, the outer office area was always "under control."
I remember all 3 of you girls, as you grew up in our community and at Elgin.  She loved all of you so much and you gave her so much to be proud of, in school and in "life."  I loved hearing her latest stories of the joy that you and the grandchildren brought to her.
May you treasure all the wonderful memories of your mother and dad. They were a lovely couple, blessed with the 3 of you and your children.  They are reunited now.  Jesus has to be rejoicing in their presence!  May you all feel the love from the prayers that are being lifted for you now by your many, many friends.

With love and hugs,  Bill and Betty Jo McElroy

There are so many fond memories it is hard to choose just one.  Her smile was genuine and her laughter was contagious. It was always fun for our family to come visiting.  I can't forget Donna's smile when all eight of us would come traipsing into your house.  Donna was a kind, gentle soul and will be greatly missed.  Know that your family (aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews) surround you in support during this difficult time in your lives. Sending our love.
